Below are approximate sizing specifications. If you find that a diaper does not fit your baby when you receive it, please make sure to follow our Exchange Policy for an immediate replacement.    Sizing: Preemie =Up to 5 lbs. Newborn = Birth - 10 lbs. Small = 9 lbs - 15 lbs. Medium = 14 lbs - 27lbs. Large = 24 lbs - 35 lbs.
